Meaghan pointed out to me something that should be entertaining: Candlelight Productions are performing Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest. As well as the play, they promise the ‘complete Bunbury experience’ - I’m not sure precisely what that involves, but they invite dressing up and it sounds fun! Candlelight sound like a rather admirable organisation, too - they offer subsidised and free performances for disadvantaged groups, and the play will even be carbon neutral - clever!
