The Rigours of Academia

Penned upon the 24th of May, 2005

Today finds me somewhat subdued, and unlikely to excite the casual reader, alas. Duties of the life of study have sapped my leisure time for some… time now, but! One more essay has been completed, with a scant two remaning! Soon I shall have time again to read newspapers in the library, or walk by the riverside.

Also,

the theme for a coming week’s Wireless Entertainment Hours is: The Spoken Word. Poems, prose, essays, speeches, jokes, puns, music hall, even (and especially) soapboxing! Suggestions welcome.
